Josephine Zhu is a ceramics artist based in LA. From ramen bowls to donut vases, Josephine’s creations transform household shapes into conversational works of art that are equally functional as they are unique.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Josephine pays homage to her Chinese-American heritage through pottery, utilizing patterns and shapes that evoke East Asian influences. Through her art, she hopes to inspire those who wish to celebrate their own AAPI roots, as well as those who seek ways to incorporate subtle beauty into their own everyday surroundings.

Eleine is a botanical artist rooted in New York. She creates Asian-inspired wreaths and explores floral arranging in her current project.

Growing up in a family who loves to garden, her creative inspiration comes from the symphony of colors and textures that plants had brought to her childhood home. Her works delicately weave in the essence of her Chinese American heritage, combining natural elements and cultural roots. As an artist, she hopes to positively contribute to and create connections in the AAPI community.

Fiona Lee is a self-taught textile artist, born in Hong Kong and raised in Brooklyn, NY. During the height of the pandemic, Fiona began exploring the intricate art of embroidery which has since evolved into the tactile beauty of tufting.

Drawing from her childhood memories, her hometown(s), and the rich traditions of AAPI culture, Fiona translates these influences into her tufted creations. As she continues to grow in her creative journey, she’s committed to creating pieces that bridge past and present.
